What the limits mean
Seats
The number of people in your workspace. Pending invites count toward it.
Daily log allowance
How many logs a day the plan includes. On the trial we warn you if you go over.
Retention
How long traces, logs and metrics are kept. It is set when each record arrives, so changing plan affects data you receive from then on.
Questions about plans
Do I need a card to start?
No. The trial is 14 days and needs no credit card.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Starter, Standard and Premium show a monthly price and a yearly price. The yearly price is billed once for the year. Enterprise is arranged with the team.
How long is my data kept?
It depends on the plan. The table above shows each one. Retention is set when a record arrives, so moving to a longer plan applies to data you send after the change.
